The procedure is applied worldwide with in the meantime about 20.000 users. Most therapists can be found in Germany and the bordering countries. More than 100 publications about BIT application have appeared until the present. There exists a textbook about BIT principles by B. Koehler, in the meantime in its 6th edition. Two more books about the application of this method by the same author, as well as additional books by other authors are available.
The latest discoveries are presented during the yearly congresses (Colloquium of the Society of BIT Physicians, Medical Week in Baden-Baden).
